仕事内容

Overview
Since its establishment in December 2020, the Data Engineering Department has been responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure for data analysis and MLOps, aiming to achieve an "Autonomous Back Office" and "Data Democratization."

We have a department focused on data utilization, and we are also actively hiring and training data analysts and analytics engineers within our product divisions. Our goal is to provide a strong foundation that allows data users to focus on core themes such as analysis and ML.

Responsibility
Develop and operate cross-company data infrastructure.
Manage data integration and data pipelines.
Aggregate data from various internal products, services, and CRM tools into a data lake.
Appropriately distribute the data collected in the data lake to analysis and ML platforms.
Build and maintain data analysis infrastructure.
Optimize DWH performance.
Ensure data quality.

Money Forward Library: We have a library system where you can freely borrow books, ranging from technical books to management books. Desired books can be purchased at the company's expense.

Required Skills and Experience
Development experience with Python
Development and operational experience using AWS and Google Cloud

Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience in developing data lake and DWH infrastructure.
Experience in developing web applications.
Experience in data processing with distributed systems.
Experience in database performance tuning.
Experience in AI development and/or experience in using AI tools to improve development processes.

Required Language Skills
Japanese Language Proficiency: Not required
English Language Proficiency: Business level
Ability to perform the main duties listed above smoothly in English
Includes conducting interviews and people management tasks in English
*Presentation of quantitative evaluation information equivalent to a TOEIC score of 700 or higher is required
*If you have other qualifications or experiences that demonstrate your English proficiency, please consult with us
Examples: EIKEN Pre-1st Grade, EIKEN 2nd Grade (EIKEN CSE Score 1950 or higher), TOEFL iBT 60 or higher, IELTS 5.0 or higher, Cambridge English FCE, etc.
*Other qualifications or experiences that demonstrate English proficiency are negotiable
