This position will be responsible for providing advice and support Bandai Namco Entertainment's overseas business activities. The candidate must be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other legal department team members and business units with little oversight. Must be a self-starter willing to take on new challenges and provide practical solutions to potential risks.

Job Description／仕事内容
As Corporate Counsel, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks in support of our global business offering a wide array of products and services:

Drafting and negotiating contracts with domestic and international partners, with a focus on development and licensing agreements.
Providing legal advice and support, covering various areas such as privacy law, consumer law, intellectual property, esports, and more.
Creating internal policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations.
Conducting training for employees.
Coordinating with external lawyers
Liaising with industry associations.

国内／海外取引先との契約書作成及び契約交渉
（開発委託契約及びライセンス契約を重点的に）
社員及びグループ会社への国内外の法務相談対応
（プライバシー法、消費者契約法、知財クリアランス、esportsほか）
法令遵守のための社内方針やガイドライン作成
社員向けセミナー
外部弁護士との調整

求める経験・スキル

Requirements/Desired Skills／必須要件/歓迎要件
●Required:
・Attorney qualification (Common Law / Europe)
・5+ years of experience at a law firm or corporate legal department
・Fluency in English and business-level Japanese
・Experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contract
・Experience using Japanese in business (participating in Japanese meetings and understanding real-time discussions in Japanese)

●Preferred:
・Experience at a game, entertainment, or media company
・In-depth knowledge of the game industry
・Familiarity with privacy, consumer protection, and other tech-related laws

●以下の経験を有している方
・弁護士資格（コモン・ロー/欧州）
・企業法務もしくは法律事務所における5年以上の実務経験
・英語力及び日本語力
・多種多様な契約書作成・契約交渉経験
・ビジネスでの日本語使用経験（日本語の会議に参加し、リアルタイムで理解できるレベル）

●望ましい経験や能力
・ゲーム会社・エンターテインメント業界・マスコミ業界いずれかにおける経験がある
・ゲーム業界に関する知識がある
・個人情報保護、消費者保護、インターネットに関する法律を熟知している
