Overview
With the mission of 'Money Forward. Move your life forward.', Money Forward offers a wide range of services and products, including personal household accounting and asset management services, back-office SaaS services for corporations, and Fintech promotion services for financial institutions, catering to both B2C and B2B markets.

The Money Forward Business Company, which we are currently recruiting for, operates the corporate back-office SaaS service 'Money Forward Cloud,' which accounts for more than 60% of the Money Forward Group's revenue. This service integrates various back-office data, automates tasks, and streamlines cumbersome accounting and HR operations.

'Money Forward Cloud,' which offers more than 30 services, is strengthening its platform engineering team to create an environment where service developers can focus on delivering more value to users. By centrally managing the complexity of combined experiences and data integration, we aim to reduce the cognitive load on service developers and improve the overall product quality across the company.

Responsibilities and Duties

■ Assigned Department: MFBC-CTO Office, Frontend Promotion Department

As the frontend team of the cross-development organization (MFBC-CTO Office) responsible for the Business domain of the Money Forward Group, we address cross-cutting frontend challenges, including the construction and operation of a design system that serves as the foundation for UI development across services.

Through activities to expand the introduction of the design system to over 30 products, which have varying levels of technology and UI quality, we aim to improve basic qualities such as UI development productivity, consistency, and accessibility. Additionally, by strengthening collaboration with developers and designers from each team, we will enhance knowledge sharing and information dissemination related to frontend, thereby boosting the overall frontend development capabilities of the organization.

Responsibilities include:

Building and operating the design system (Money Forward UI) for Money Forward Cloud
Strengthening collaboration with engineers, designers, and PdMs of each product through the expansion of the design system
Standardizing policies and processes in the frontend domain and UI development across MFBC
Promoting accessibility improvements throughout the company
Continuously sharing knowledge and disseminating information related to frontend technology
Forming and activating the internal frontend engineer community

求める経験・スキル

Required Skills and Experience
Over 3 years of experience as a web application engineer
Over 3 years of experience using React and TypeScript professionally
Deep understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Basic understanding of web accessibility
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience in building or promoting the introduction of a design system
Experience in improving product web accessibility or raising team members' awareness of accessibility
Project management experience
People management experience in development teams
Experience in software architecture design
Experience in designing and developing web APIs
Experience in web application development using frameworks like Next.js, Vite, React Router
Experience in AI development and/or experience in using AI tools to improve development processes.

Language Requirements
Business-level English proficiency (equivalent to TOEIC score of 700 or higher)
Conversational level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N3~N2 or higher)
Ability to speak in Japanese with designers, PdM, etc.
