Business Overview

Department Overview
This position is assigned to "IT Planning Department (ITPD)" of Rakuten Group, Inc. and mainly be in charge of finance processing of Tech cost. ITPD's mission is "Contribute to Businesses by IT Finance".
We are responsible for the management accounting of development cost (Tech cost), which includes budgeting, forecasting, various analyses, and reporting.

Position Details
This position will be assigned to the group responsible for finance data processing.
Main responsibilities would be as follows
(1)  Business Process Management
- Whole process enhancement/improvement in order to align the new requirement.
- Considering the business operation process
(2)  System enhancement/Improvement
- Considering system development requirement
- System test
(3)  BAU operation
- Processing to provide finance (budgeting, forecasting) data
- Solving the processing issue together with System Admin
 

求める経験・スキル

Mandatory Qualifications:
- 5+ Experience to make/manage the business operation process in finance and accounting
- Fluent level of Japanese and English both
- 5+ Experience to process with large data set( by Excel or SQL query)
 
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience managing/leading technology projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
