The Technology Platforms Division (TPD) is responsible for building and operating the infrastructure and ecosystem platforms which power the Rakuten Group, Inc.
Our mission is to provide our Rakuten Cloud and Ecosystem Platforms which will deliver Core Value to accelerate the growth of Rakuten Group, Inc. services.

Department Overview
Our department, BSS Development Department (BSDD), develops and maintains the BSS platform for MNO, VOICE, and ISP services, and is in charge of development and maintenance of IT infra (on-premise and cloud environment) for BSS platform.

Position:
Position Details
As an experienced QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality standards of our software products. Your responsibilities will encompass developing and executing Quality and test plans. You will identify and promptly report any issues that may arise, driving cross-functional teams to guarantee the timely delivery of products of the utmost quality.

Responsibilities
- Standardize the Quality process, plan, design, and execute tests, and perform quality management in cooperation with development members in order to improve the quality of our services.
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality, and secure delivery.
- Identify, isolate, and report issues to stakeholders, elaborate, escalate, and negotiate necessary improvement.
- Develop quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop test plans and strategy.
- Implement state of the art techniques to ensure continuous improvement of QA processes.
- Mentor QA Engineers to promote best practices.
- Lead and inspire the QA members.
- Stakeholder management.

求める経験・スキル

Mandatory Qualifications:
- QA Engineering experience, ideally 7-10 years.
- Deep knowledge of testing methodologies. - Experience and knowledge with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.). - Understanding of Github flows.
- Solid experience of test case design and review.
- Intermediate-level Japanese ability (equivalent to JLPT N2).

Desired Qualifications:
- Understanding of React and Redux.
- Working experience in any scripting language.
- Experience contributing to the requirements preparation for development tasks.
