Job Description:
Department Overview
Corporate IT Service Department - Enterprise Applications Section is looking for a SAP BTP Architect and Engineer, responsible for the system development and management of the SAP-based Financial Management System (S4HANA, Ariba).
This position is in charge of the system planning, new system development, and improvement of current systems.

Position Details
As an SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Architect and Engineer, you will lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of SAP BTP solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, integrated, and innovative business applications that extend SAP systems such as S/4HANA and Ariba.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement integration solutions using SAP BTP and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). 
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution architectures.
- Develop and maintain applications using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM), SAP UI5, and SAP Integration Suite.
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing integrations to enhance performance and reliability.

求める経験・スキル

Mandatory Qualifications: 

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP and CPI.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the ETL/API Integration Platform(e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, Talend). 
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in the IT Industry as an Application Architect and Engineer.
- Strong understanding of SAP integration tools, methodologies, and cloud architecture.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Node.js, or Python for cloud development.
- SAP BTP or S/4HANA System Administration certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.

Desired Qualifications: 

- Experience with SAP NetWeaver, HANA DB administration, and S/4HANA system configuration. 
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, and SAP Build.
- Experience in DevOps practices and tools on SAP BTP.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
