Job Description:
Business Overview
The Technology Management Division (TMD) provides Corporate IT, and Cyber Security & Privacy Governance to Rakuten Group companies and essential business management for technology organizations, thereby enabling innovation and strengthening the technology foundation. Within TMD, the Technology Management Services Supervisory Department (TMSSD) plays a vital role in CIO Governance, IT financial management, IT procurement, Quality Management System (QMS),
technology-related public relations, and human resources strategy. By promoting efficiency, quality, risk management, and organizational strength, we ensure that Tech Divisions remain agile and at the forefront of technological advancement.

Department Overview
The IT Planning Department (ITPD) plays a critical role in contributing to Rakuten Group's business success through effective IT finance management. We are responsible for the management accounting of development costs (Tech costs), encompassing budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and comprehensive reporting. This ensures financial transparency, accuracy, operational efficiency through system development, and the strategic alignment of IT investments with organizational objectives.

Position:
Position Details
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of IT Planning Department projects, including those involving overseas locations.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and manage progress in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth communication with overseas locations, coordinating and supporting project success.
- Manage risks and resolve issues to ensure project quality and timelines are met.
- Mentor and develop project team members to maximize team performance.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and industry developments, applying them to projects.

求める経験・スキル

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Over 5 years of project management experience in the IT services industry.
- Experience in the Finance Department.
- Experience managing projects involving overseas locations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- TOEIC 800 or equivalent abilities. (reading, writing, and speaking).
　
Desired Qualifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- Knowledge of financial analysis and management.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in additional foreign languages.
