Job Description:
Business Overview
The Technology Platforms Division (TPD) drives the growth of the Rakuten Ecosystem by delivering innovative, high-quality technology platforms characterized by integrated control and strategic partnerships.

Within TPD, the Telecom Business Application Supervisory Department (TBASD) develops and maintains a unified, high-quality Business Support System (BSS) for Rakuten Mobile. We deliver agile, scalable solutions across the customer lifecycle and continuously enhance system performance through close collaboration with stakeholders.
　
Department Overview
The BSS Product Management Department (BSPMD) is responsible for providing a unified product strategy for the Business Support System (BSS) that integrates with the Rakuten ecosystem to maximize Rakuten Mobile's business potential. Our core missions are managing the product development lifecycle by focusing on project ROI, building a unified BSS platform, and enhancing our AI-driven platform capabilities.

The Product Manager we are recruiting for this role will play a crucial part in leading the planning and development of fraud prevention functionalities, thereby evolving our services to be safer and more reliable.

We are looking for individuals who can leverage their native-level Japanese communication skills, in addition to business-level English proficiency, to collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds and global partners in pursuing cutting-edge fraud prevention solutions.

- Making system requirement for fraud preventive functionalities (OTP, KYC, etc.)
- Total design of fraud preventive functions with security team
- Requirement definition of system and function, integration, operations
- Alignment with stakeholders(business team, development team, vendor etc.)
- Scope/Schedule/Backlog management

求める経験・スキル

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experiences of design for authentication and authorization
- Experiences of design for KYC with IC chip, OTP etc.
- 5 years+ experiences as product manager or vendor
- IT technical knowledge (Protocol etc.)
- Experiences of business requirement definition or system requirement definition
- Japanese skill (Native level)
- English skill (Business level)
